2.2.3. The auction shall be conducted in Euro. Subject to the discretion of the auctioneer, no bid shall advance less than €200 up to €2,000; €500 up to €20,000; €1,000 up to €50,000; €2,000 up to €100,000; €5,000 up to €500,000; €10,000 up to €1,000,000; €50,000 thereafter. 2.2.4. Once you place a bid online, it cannot be withdrawn. 2.2.5. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, or between Go!s and any bidder, Go!s’ decision shall be binding on all parties. At Go!s’ discretion the Lot in dispute may be put up again for auction and resold, subject to the reserve price in accordance with 3.1 below. 3. VENDORS 3.1 Vendors of Lots are subject to entry fees and commission as outlined in Condition 2.1. All Lots are subject to a reserve price which shall either be the minimum selling price set by Go!s or any higher reserve price which Go!s must have received in writing from the Owner, the Vendor or the Vendor’s agent prior to the Lot being o!ered for sale. Where no instruction is received in writing from the Owner, the Vendor or the Vendor’s agent, the Lot will be o!ered without reserve. 3.2 Each Vendor undertakes that a Lot entered for sale in the Catalogue shall not be sold before the Sale. 3.3 Go!s will endeavour to have all Catalogue information correctly stated, but the Vendor is responsible for the accuracy of its content and the correction of any error or omission. 3.4 The Vendor undertakes to ensure that all Lots are correctly micro- chipped and that all Lots from yearlings (after July 1st upwards) have up to date vaccinations in accordance with the Vendors’ Sales Requirements. The Vendor undertakes to bear the cost of micro-chipping or vaccinations if any Lot is found not to be correctly microchipped by the conclusion of the Sale.
16. In these Conditions:- 1.13.1 The singular includes the plural and vice versa; 1.13.2 References to persons include bodies corporate, unincorporated associations, governments,
states, partnerships and trusts (in each case, whether or not having separate legal personality);
2. THE SALE 2.1 COMMISSION AND FEES 2.1.1. An entry fee of €350 is payable to the RDS at the time of entry by the Vendor for each Lot. The fee is non- refundable. 2.1.2 The Vendor will pay commission to Go!s equal to 5% of the Sale Price. 2.1.3. The Purchaser will pay commission to Go!s equal to 10% of the Purchase Price. 2.1.4. Go!s reserve the right to charge full commission of 5% from the Vendor in respect of any cancelled sale. 2.1.5. Go!s reserve the right to charge full commission of 15% from the Vendor in respect of any Lot unsold in the Sale which is sold within seven calendar days after the conclusion of the Sale. 2.1.6. When a Lot is bought in 100% by the Vendor, 5% of the price of that Lot is payable by the Vendor. 2.1.7. When a Lot is unsold, the Vendor will pay to Go!s 5% of the reserve price if the reserve price exceeds €20,000. subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. 2.2. BIDDING 2.2.1. Bidders must register in advance of the Sale. Subject to approval by Go!s, the bidder will be issued with a bidding paddle and an agreed bid limit. Bids will not be accepted by any bidder not holding a bidding paddle. 2.1.8. All fees and commissions are 2.2.2. Online bidders must register in advance of each Sale.
