NOTICE OF POSTING TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL REGISTRY

Great North Wrest- ling hosts an Afternoon of Championss at the Jean-Marc Arena in Rockland on Nov. 5 with twoWorldWrestling Entertainment legends stepping into the ring as part of the card of bouts which includes three title matches towrap up the season for the GNW schedule. The Sunday weekend event featuresWWE alumnus Savio Vega challenging GNWCana- dian Heavyweight Champion Hannibal for his title. Hannibal is fresh froma title defence against Gangrel, another former star of the U.S.-basedWWE. Vega, founder and leader of Puerto Rico’s famed Los Boricuas (Barra- cudas) stable of wrestlers, fought in both the WWE and the International Wrestling Asso- ciation’s circuits and has become a cultural icon for his fellow Puerto Ricans and Latin American wrestlers and fans. Also on the card and putting her GNW Women’s Champion title on the line is Lady Yasmine in a three-way TriangleMatch fea- turing her versus Tessa Blanchard versus Ailani Iolana. Lady Yasmine and Iolana have unfinished business between them after a Sept. 30 titlematch inNapanee finished with Yasmine retaining her title on a count-out. Tessa Blanchard is the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard and the grand- daughter of Joe Blanchard, who played foot- ball in the CFL before going on to become a star of Canada’s StampedeWrestling circuit. Tessa has had bouts with Impact Wrestling and made several appearance in the WWE with its NXT Gen specials and the recent WWE Mae Young Classic tournament. The third titlematch of the day features a 30-man over-the-top-rope Battle Royale for the crowning of the first GNW World Tele- vision Champion. The battle card includes three-timeWWE Tag TeamChampion Pierre «Québecer» Carl Oullet, two-time Cana- dian champion Jeremy Prophet, and former Impact Wrestling star Wes Brisco, along with the GNW tag team Freak Nation.

Project Location: East of County Road 19 and south of County Road 2 (Lot 19-20, Concession 8), in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, United Counties of Prescott and Russell. The Point of Common Coupling (point where Hydro One will connect the project) is located within the road allowance on the east side of County Road 19. This posting is for a proposed Renewable Energy Approval by Pendleton Energy Centre GP Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Pendleton Energy Centre Limited Partnership for the Pendleton Solar Energy Project. The Project is subject to the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act (the Act) Part V.0.1 and Ontario Regulation 359/09 (the Regulation). This Notice is being distributed in accordance with section 15(1) and (2) of the Regulation after an application for a renewable energy approval has been submitted to, and assessed for completeness by, the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change and has been posted on the Environmental Registry for public review.

Project Description: Pursuant to the Act and Regulation, the facility, in respect of which the Project is to be engaged in, is considered to be a Class 3 Solar Facility that will be used to convert solar energy to electricity. If approved, this facility would have a total maximum name plate capacity of 12 MW. The Project location is shown in the map. Documents for Public Inspection: The final REA reports, prepared as part of the submission of a renewable energy application to the MOECC for this project have been posted on the proponent’s website: http://www.edf- en.ca/project/pendleton/. These documents provide information on the proposed Project including location, components, activities, and potential environmental effects. Environmental Registry Posting: A proposal for a REA in respect of the Pendleton Solar Energy Centre has been posted on the Environmental

Registry at www.ebr.gov.on.ca (as referred to in section 5 of the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993). The posting number is 013-1685. Comments in respect of the proposal may be submitted to the Director (O. Reg. 521/10, s. 7).

This proposal has been posted for a 45-day public review and comment period starting October 20, 2017. Any comments must be submitted by December 4, 2017.
