AICC Hosts Seminar To Build Customer Relationships AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, has opened registration on its latest sales seminar, Build- ing Long Term Customer Relationships, to be offered March 3-4, in College Park, Georgia. Taught by Keith Thomas, Director of Business De- velopment, Michigan City Paper Box Co., this seminar will help attendees learn specific and tangible ways to build trust, dependability and integrity throughout the entire sales process.They will also uncover hidden areas where these three character traits are most of- ten compromised and techniques to accelerate trust to help shorten sales cycles.
