In-Studio Pilates! With the transition from the stay-at-home order to the safer-at-home order, businesses have been allowed to gradually reopen following strict physical distancing measures. On May 11th, Blue Sky began having in-studio personal training sessions utilizing the Pilates equipment. We have a modified schedule to begin with; the in studio personal training sessions will only be offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:00am and 10:00am. We also are limiting the number of participants to 4 per session to allow space for physical distancing. We will continue Virtual Pilates classes through June, but schedules may be subject to change- you can stay updated with these changes by subscribing to our email list! In addition, we are offering in studio private (one individual) and semi private (two individuals) personal training sessions utilizing the Pilates equipment. If

Healthy Recipe Zucchini Noodle "Pasta" Salad

• 1 clove garlic, grated • 16 ounces spiralized zucchini noodles • 3 cups halved cherry tomatoes • ⅓ cup pitted Kalamata olives • ¾ cup shaved Parmesan cheese, divided

INGREDIENTS • 5 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil • 3 tbsp red-wine vinegar • 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano • 2 tsp Dijon mustard • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper • 1 small shallot, chopped

DIRECTIONS Whisk oil, vinegar, oregano, mustard, crushed red pepper, shallot and garlic in a large bowl. Add zucchini noodles, tomatoes, olives and half the Parmesan; toss gently to coat. Divide evenly among 4 bowls; sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
