What level of membership? Trial: granted to anyone that has attended a CIPP training course, limited to one trial per individual Trial student: granted to anyone ** that is currently studying with the CIPP for the duration of their studies Affiliate: entry level open to anyone connected to payroll, pensions or reward regardless of experience or qualifications Associate: entry level of membership for qualified or experienced professionals in payroll, pensions or reward Full: awarded to individuals qualified to CIPP level five. Also available, by successful upgrade application, to associates who are qualified or experienced in payroll, pensions or reward management Fellow: awarded by the CIPP board of directors to individuals that demonstrate contribution to the enhancement of the Institute and the profession
