SPA ETIQUETTE SPA GUIDELINES
We provide a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and kindly request that you turn off your mobile phone to truly immerse yourself in the serene ambience. Towels, a bathrobe, disposable underwear, slippers and amenities will be provided for use during your visit. On arrival, your therapist will explain the elements of your treatment to ensure every aspect is tailored to your goals and needs. GENERAL Facial treatments are available for young adults aged 16 and over with parental signature. Massages are only available for adults aged 18 and over. Guests aged under 16 are not permitted to use the gym or spa facilities. RESERVATIONS For information or reservations please contact the spa reception team on 04 666 1515 or email info@sarayspathepalm.com ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN PROCEDURES Upon reservation, you will receive an email with a short questionnaire. Please complete this prior to arrival to allow us to fully understand your priorities and personalize your experience. To make the most of your spa journey, we advise you to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to enjoy the spa’s thermal experience and allow you to share more information about your expectations. Please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their scheduled treatment. CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to reschedule or cancel your spa appointment, please notify the spa at least four hours prior to your scheduled treatment time to avoid being charged the full service fee. The spa reserves the right to refuse bookings for guests who repeatedly fail to arrive for scheduled treatments.
