Having Valco Melton systems on multiple machines has also made training faster and easier. “Valco Melton techs come to the plant, do the ‘install,’ train our people, and we’re up and running. Over the last three or four years, the same three or four techs have put in camera and glue systems and we've built relationships with them. We now have enough Valco Melton equipment in our plant to mini- mize that amount of training we need, so installs are faster and more efficient,” says Coogan, who is quick to share an example of Valco Melton’s responsiveness to a service issue. “We were trying to figure out why the glue system kept telling us there was no glue in the system when we were
