Moving layers Reshuffle your layers.
Long-press and drag the layer tile to move it up or down within the layer stack.
Changing a layer's position doesn't affect its content.
For obvious reasons you cannot move the Paper layer.
By dragging you can also move a layer into or out of a layer group. Learn about grouping layers on page 153
