Person Specification
■ Experience in a leadership role at either Associate or Director level working for a comparable organisation. ■ A track record of delivering a range of projects from inception through to completion in excess of £10m across any of the following sectors including Healthcare, Hospitality & Leisure, Commercial and Sustainability.
■ A naturally engaging relationship builder who can demonstrate experience of developing a trusted network of contacts.
■ Able to lead in a consultative approach in order to further relationships.
■ Possessing strong commercial acumen, managing P&L and business development.
■ Experience of growing and developing business within a comparable growing organisation. ■ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of personal credibility and authority. ■ Strong team building skills and track record of leading and growing a professional project team and business.
