2021 2nd Quarter Crime Report In the first six months of 2021, NIBRS Group A offenses decreased 0.9% compared to the first six months of 2020. Crimes Against Persons increased 8.1%, Crimes Against Property decreased 5.0%, and Crimes Against Society increased 6.1%. In the Second Quarter of 2021, offenses increased 5.7% compared to the Second Quarter of 2020. Crime Against Persons increased 19.1%, Crimes Against Property decreased 1.5%, and Crimes Against Society increased 26.6% 2021 2nd Quarter Citywide NIBRS Group A Offenses
