2021 3rd Quarter Crime Report In the Third Quarter of 2021, offenses increased 3.6% compared to the Third Quarter of 2020. Crimes Against Persons increased 6.2% with increases in forcible sex offenses and decreases in murder and kidnapping/ abduction offenses. Crimes Against Property increased 0.9% with increases in stolen property offenses and embezzlement offenses and decreases in extortion/blackmail offenses and fraud offenses. Crimes Against Society increased 20.0% with increases in animal cruelty, drug/narcotic violations, and pornography/obscene material, and prostitution offenses. 2021 3rd Quarter Citywide NIBRS Group A Offenses
