SHIPPING SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME POSITION) IKO Industries Ltd., market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials, is currently seeking for a SHIPPING SUPERVISOR to join their team of skilled professionals at their Hawkesbury ON location QUALIFICATIONS: • 5 - 8 years shipping supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment • Must be proficient in the use of computers and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management. Both written and oral communications skills • Leadership skills should be highly developed, along with excellent interpersonal skills • Lean manufacturing experience • Prior experience operating a Fork Truck • Supply chain management certification or designation preferred We offer a competitive salary, benefits package including a defined contribution pension plan. HUMAN RESOURCES (FULL TIME POSITION) IKO Industries Ltd., market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials, is currently seeking for a HUMAN RESSOURCES COORDINATOR to join their team of skilled professionals at their Hawkesbury ON location QUALIFICATIONS: • The ability to organize the workload and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities in an environment of rapid change. • Use of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level. • Professional designation in Human Resources. • Minimum of five (5) years in a generalist role within a manufacturing environment. • Sound knowledge of employment, industrial labor relations, and occupational safety legislation. • Must be bilingual.
