Lions Club donates $20,000 The Cornwall Seaway Lions Club presented a cheque for $20,000 to support the new Addiction and Mental Health Centre. This donation is from the proceeds of Cornwall’s very popular “Ribfest” event. During the past five years, the club has donated over $65,000 to Cornwall Community Hospital (CCH) Foundation. “Our members are extremely proud to support our community. We also appreciate our Ribfest sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and the public who participate in the event each year. Their support allows us to make these significant contributions to our hospital and other important causes as well,” stated Shirley Ravary, Seaway Lions Club president.
