IPG Mediabrands, London Specialist Group worked alongside MCM and 8Build to deliver the CAT B fit-out of IPG Mediabrands’ new offices. The fit-out was over eight floors, across 105,000sqft situated in London, next to St Paul’s Cathedral. Specialist completed a range of joinery and glass items including: radius booth seating, cafe with bespoke hanging planters, welcome portals, boardroom furniture, refreshment hubs, bronze effect windows, stage and ceiling, bespoke mesh screens, metal upstands, coffee points, UM branded signage, shelfing frames, recycled buxkin cladding, moveable walls and AV housing.

Specialist Group’s scope of works involved IPS Panels, wall panelling to circulation areas, nurse stations, patient bedroom fit-out, maternity suite fit-out, screens to consulting area and HTM furniture to dental areas. Royal Warwick Square, London The project consisted of 213 luxury apartments. Specialist Group provided: reception desk, wall panelling, timber flooring, bevelled mirrors, mirror polished metal trims, doors, wardrobes, vanity units, glass balustrades, stair stringers and pigeon- hole unit.
