Inverted PEG Volume: Directors or above with Marketing Organization Product Points greater than 20,000 but with a PEG Volume less than their Organization Volume may receive an Organization Commission of up to 10% of their PEG Volume. Leadership Meeting Attendance: Senior Directors and above must attend key Melaleuca leadership events such as Convention in order to qualify for bonuses. If a Senior Director or above does not attend one of the required events, they will not be eligible to receive bonuses until they attend a future required event. Leadership Required: Directors who produce less than one Leadership Point in the last three months may earn up to P2,800 in Organization Commissions. Product Advocates (one active personally enrolled customer) may earn up to a maximum of P700. Product Advocates 2 (two to three active personally enrolled customers) may earn up to a maximum of P1,400. Product Advocates 3 (four to seven active personally enrolled customers) may earn up to a maximum of P2,100 in Organization Commissions. Personal Production Account: For you to qualify for commissions during any given month, your Personal Production Account must purchase a total of at least P2,400 during that month. Your Personal Production Account can be a Member, so those using this account may purchase products at Member prices. Member: Has stipulated in the Customer Membership Agreement (CMA) that the customer is committed to purchase at least P2,900 per month and has ordered at least P2,900 in a calendar month. In addition to many other benefits, Members receive 30% to 50% discounts on Melaleuca products. Requirements to be a Member in the Philippines include: 1. For Prepaid Enrollment, a Government ID is required (e.g., TIN, SSS, UMID, GSIS, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) 2. For Non-Prepaid Enrollment, a mode of payment that is a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card is required. Prepaid debit cards are not accepted. No need to submit a Government ID for Non-Prepaid Enrollment.

Retention Rate: The Organization Retention Rate is the percentage of Members in your organization last month who remained a Member in the current month. It is computed by dividing the number of organization Members in the previous month who are also Members in the current month by the number of organization Members in the previous month. For example, if you have 100 organization Members at the end of last month and 95 of them shopped again in the current month, your Organization Retention Rate is (95/100) X 100 = 95%. Credits For Corporate Directors: To advance beyond Corporate Director Status, a Corporate Director must maintain the minimum qualifications for Corporate Director, which are: have at least 10 personally enrolled Directors (five of which need to be Executive Directors), and achieve minimum Organization and PEG Volume and minimum credits equal to the next status advancement. The credits are calculated each month based on the Commission Rate of your personally enrolled Executive, National, or Corporate Directors as follows:
