Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne dynamique pour un poste de secrétaire-réceptionniste. Il s’agit d’un poste contractuel à temps plein (35 heures) avec possibilité de renouvellement. Les tâches sont, entre autres, les services complets de réception, secrétariat général et juridique tels que délégués. EXIGENCES: • Maîtriser le français et l’anglais (oral et écrit avancé); • Maîtriser les techniques de secrétariat;
AVIS D’UNE RÉUNION PUBLIQUE ET D’UNE JOURNÉE D’ACCUEIL CONCERNANT UNE PROPOSITION DE MODIFICATION AU RÈGLEMENT DE ZONAGE DE LA CORPORATION DU CANTON D’ALFRED ET PLANTAGENET PRENEZ AVIS que le Conseil de la Corporation du Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet tiendra une réunion publique virtuelle le 12e jour de juillet 2022, à 19h00 à l’effet de considérer une proposition de modification au Règlement de zonage No. 2009-50 du Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet, conformément à l’Article 34 de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire, L.R.O. 1990, dans sa forme modifiée. La réunion publique virtuelle sera disponible au lien suivant : https://www.facebook.com/CAPTmunicipal ET PRENEZ DE PLUS AVIS que le Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet et la Conservation de la Nation Sud tiendront conjointement une journée d’accueil en personne le 20e jour de juillet 2022, de 16h30 à 18h30, à l’hôtel de ville d’Alfred et Plantagenet situé au 205, Vieille Route 17 à Plantagenet, afin de donner au public l’occasion d’examiner l’information et le matériel et de poser des questions sur la modification proposée. LA PROPOSITION DE MODIFICATION AU RÈGLEMENT DE ZONAGE s’applique à l’ensemble du territoire du Canton. L’objectif de la modification est d’ajouter une nouvelle zone, dans le Règlement de zonage No. 2009- 50, intitulée «Terre Humide d’Importance Locale». Les utilisations permises et les exigences de la zone seront introduites. L’objectif de cette modification est de définir, d’identifier et de protéger ces éléments naturels. La modification propose également quelques changements aux dispositions de la zone «Terre Humide» (Chapitre 24), notamment en la renommant «Terre Humide d’Importance Provinciale». TOUTE PERSONNE peut assister à la journée d’accueil, à la réunion publique virtuelle et/ou faire des représentations écrites ou verbales en faveur ou contre la modification proposée. NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING AND AN OPEN HOUSE CONCERNING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALFRED AND PLANTAGENET TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet will hold a virtual public meeting on the 12th day of July 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a proposed amendment to the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet Zoning By-law No. 2009-50, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended. The virtual public meeting will be available at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/CAPTmunicipal AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet and the South Nation Conservation will jointly hold an in-person open house on the 20th day of July 2022, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Alfred and Plantagenet town hall located at 205 Old Highway 17 in Plantagenet, to give the public an opportunity to review the information and material and ask questions about the proposed amendment. THE PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT applies to the entire Township territory. The purpose of the amendment is to add a new zone, in the Zoning By-law No. 2009-50, entitled “Locally Significant Wetland”. Permitted uses and zone requirements will be introduced. The goal of this modification is to define, identify and protect these natural features. The amendment also proposes a few changes to the provisions of the “Wetland” zone (Chapter 24), namely by renaming it “Provincially Significant Wetland”. ANY PERSON may attend the open house, virtual public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in favour or against the proposed amendment.
