Canadian Navigable WatersAct The Ministry of Transportation Ontario hereby gives notice that submissions have been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and their site and plans. Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, the Ministry of Transportation Ontario has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry numbers 15137 and 15138, a description of the following work, its site and plans: x Placement of erosion protection material (Rip-Rap / Waterbody Material) at and around the footings of the bridge piers at the South Nation River Eastbound and Westbound Bridges on Highway 417, in front of lot number 12 Concession 7 Cambridge Township in historical PRESCOTT-RUSSELL County. Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Common Project Search site mentioned above under the Comment section (search by the above referenced numbers) or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to: Liz Lindensmith, P.Eng. | Snr. Loi Sur Les Eaux Navigables Canadiennes Conformément aux exigences de la Loi sur les eaux navigables canadiennes , le ministère des Transports annonce que les notices décrites dans la présente, ont été inscrites au Registre des eaux navigables.
