The number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 1.9% vs last month, settling at 105, but were 98% above February 2018. The 24 townhome sales in February were up by 12 from January and 6 above February 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 23%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market transitioned to sell- er’s market conditions. February’s benchmark price was $956,500, 2% below January and down 4% from February of last year. The average sold price was $984,938 (8% above January) while the average PSF sales price was $655 (up 10%).
