The 760 detached listings in Vancouver West in February were up 6% compared to January but 5% below February 2018. February’s detached sales (at 44) were up 22% month-over-month but 17% lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in February, at 6%, kept Vancouver West’s detached segment in buyer’s market territory. At $3.03M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.7% below January and dropped 13% from February 2018. The average sold price of $2.92M was 13% below January 2019 and 27% below February 2018.
