At 206, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West was 13% higher in February than in January and 50% above February 2018. Townhome sales, at 21, were up by 6 vs January but 13 below last February. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly rose to 10% in February as Vancouver West’s townhome market continued to favour buyer’s. The benchmark price in February was $1.21M, 0.7% below last month and 3% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.26M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $949 (down 5% and virtually unchanged, respectively, from last month).
