The 11 condo sales in February were 4 above last month but a decrease of 1 vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 11% in February, as condos in West Vancouver remained in a buyer’s market. The condo benchmark price was $1.10M in February, 0.5% below January and an 11% decrease vs last February. The average sold price was $1.60M and the average PSF sales price was $1,067, down 53% and 40%, respectively, vs January.
