Condo listings in Surrey slightly increased to 697 in February 2019, 9% above January and 145% higher than in February 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were down 34% in February (to 137) and 6% higher month-over-month. The sales-to-listings ratio remained at 20%, as Surrey’s condo market was balanced. February’s condo benchmark price of $430,900 rose 0.5% compared to January but was 3% lower than in February 2018. The average sold price was $402,662 at an average PSF sales price of $490 (up 7% and 0.6%, respective- ly, from January).
