Month-over-month detached sales were up by 11 in February (to 72) but down by 30 year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly increased to 14%, as Langley’s detached market remained in balanced market territory. February’s detached benchmark price of $983,900 was virtually unchanged from January and was 4% below February 2018. The average sold price was $1.19M, up 16% from January and 5% higher year-over-year.
