At 182, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 2% higher in February than in January and 86% above February 2018. Townhome sales, at 53, were down by 5 vs January and 18 lower vs last February. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 29% in February, as Langley’s townhome segement remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in February was $486,100, virtually unchanged from last month and 4% below last year. The average sold price was $570,929, while the average PSF sales price was $377 (up 4% and virtu- ally unchanged, respectively, from last month).
