The number of condo listings in Langley, at 253, increased 2% month-over-month and jumped 229% vs last year. February’s condo sales, at 63, were up by 8 from last month but down by 9 from last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 25% in February, as Langley’s condo segment remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in February was $415,200, a 1.6% increase from January but 2% decrease from February 2018. The average sold price was $445,962 (up 9% vs January) with an average PSF sales price of $462 (down 0.6% vs January).
