knighted in 1985, and awarded the Order of New Zealand in 1995. The latter award – the country’s highest honour – is limited to 20 outstanding living individuals at any one time. In 2012, Sir Miles was
presented with the Christ’s College Leadership Medal, acknowledging his enthusiasm, passion, and talent. His commitment to College was honoured with the naming of The Miles Warren Building.
Today, Sir Miles’ imprint on the New Zealand landscape is high and wide, and strong and textured – delivering a unique viewpoint that reimagines modern architecture.
