It is with great pride and gratitude that I present this year’s Chair’s Report for the Frontwave Foundation. As we reflect on our journey, we are reminded that our purpose extends far beyond financial services — it is rooted in a shared commitment to create lasting, meaningful change in the communities we serve.

Born from the long-standing legacy of Frontwave Credit Union, the Foundation was established to deepen our impact and broaden our reach. What began as a vision to be a force for good has grown into a vibrant, expanding movement dedicated to empowering lives and strengthening communities across San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial counties. This year, our mission to empower and improve lives through collaboration, advocacy, and education guided every decision and fueled every initiative. Through strategic sponsorships, high-impact grants, and active volunteerism, the Frontwave Foundation stood beside those in need — not just as a supporter, but as a trusted partner.

It is my privilege to share the Treasurer’s Report for the 2025 fiscal year. As the financial steward of the Frontwave Foundation, I’m proud to report that we continued to operate with transparency, fiscal responsibility, and a clear focus on maximizing the impact of every dollar entrusted to us.

This year, the Foundation distributed a total of $90,840 to support community grants, scholarships, emergency aid, and nonprofit partnerships. These investments reflect our ongoing commitment to our mission pillars, with funds allocated to initiatives that turned
generosity into measurable impact across the communities we serve. From scholarships and emergency assistance to nonprofit grants and volunteer-driven programs, every dollar helped move our mission forward.

Investing in Futures
2025 YEAR IN REVIEW: Powered by Purpose,
We partnered with the Oceanside Chamber’s Rising Star Program to honor local high school seniors who go above and beyond. Each month, five standout students are celebrated, and with our support, they can now apply for scholarships up to $5,000 to pursue their college dreams.
Built on Community In 2025, the Frontwave Foundation set out to do more than just give. We set out to change lives. Through community grants, scholarships, and hands-on support, we helped fuel the dreams of students, uplift veterans and first responders, and strengthen the safety nets that support our neighbors when they need it most.
Supporting Those Who Serve
We donated $2,000 to the Oceanside Police Officers’ Association to fund facility upgrades that directly support the mental and physical wellness of local officers, many of whom are veterans transitioning into new careers. Their well-being is the community’s well-being.
Thanks to our Members, partners, and supporters, we didn’t just show up—we delivered real impact across San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial counties.
Building Stronger Communities, One Grant at a Time
This year, we supported over 20 nonprofit organizations whose missions align with ours, creating opportunities, lifting up underserved communities, and improving lives for those who need it most. Some of the organizations we proudly supported:
Showing Up Where It Matters Most
From helping families find their next four-legged family member to assembling hygiene kits, collecting coats and supporting local nonprofits, we didn’t just donate. We showed up.
Throughout employees volunteered across San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Imperial counties at events including our Spring Pet Adoption, Hygiene for Humanity, Coat & Comfort Drive and the Camp Pendleton Historical Society Golf Tournament. 2025, Frontwave Together, our staff and supporters contributed 394 volunteer hours, partnering with organizations such as Brother Benno’s, Humanity Showers, Interfaith
Community Services, Mission Hope, Solutions for Change and Woman Haven. We also joined local rescue organizations to help pets find loving homes while waiving adoption fees and matching donations. Whether distributing coats and hygiene kits, connecting pets with families or lending a hand wherever it was needed, we showed up with sleeves rolled up and hearts ready to work with purpose.
Foundation Golf Tournament: A Win for Our Community
The 2nd Annual Frontwave Foundation Charity Golf Tournament was a tremendous success. Thanks to the generosity of our golfers, sponsors, and volunteers, we raised more than $10,000 to support local organizations making a meaningful difference throughout our communities. From the opening tee shot to the final putt, the tournament brought together Members, business partners, and players from our communities for a
day of connection, camaraderie, and giving back. Every dollar raised helps the Foundation invest in programs and nonprofits that strengthen the communities we proudly serve. Thank you to everyone who participated, sponsored the event, volunteered their time, or supported the tournament. Your generosity made this year’s event a success, and we’re already looking forward to building on that momentum next year.

VIP Suite Auctions: Turning Great Seats into Greater Impact
Frontwave Credit Union helped turn exclusive VIP suite experiences into lasting community impact, raising $8,450 for the Frontwave Foundation. Throughout the year, Frontwave Credit Union donated its VIP suite at Frontwave Arena for four fundraising auctions featuring two KSON Concert Series shows, a Theo Von comedy performance and a Zach Williams concert. Each winning bid
gave supporters an unforgettable experience while helping fund the Frontwave Foundation’s work across the communities we serve. We are grateful to Frontwave Credit Union for its continued partnership and to everyone who participated in the auctions. Together, you’re helping create stronger communities, one experience at a time.
Looking Ahead to 2026 We’re just getting started. In 2025, we’re doubling down on our commitment to helping people rise. If you have a project or nonprofit program that shares our vision for brighter futures, let’s team up.

From Shelter to Service: One Dog’s Journey to Change a Veteran’s Life Every Shelter to Soldier service dog starts with a second chance. Nova found hers with support from the Frontwave Foundation. Shelter to Soldier’s mission is to “Save Lives, Two at a Time™.” Rescue dogs like Nova are given the opportunity to serve, while veterans receive a highly trained companion to help them navigate the lasting effects of military service. Nova is in the middle of a 12- to 18-month training program, where she’s learning to provide comfort in moments of anxiety, create a sense of safety in overwhelming situations, and become a trusted companion for the veteran she’ll one day call family. Every milestone she reaches brings her one step closer to changing a veteran’s life.
One day, Nova’s training will lead to a partnership that changes two lives. A rescue dog will fulfill her purpose. A veteran will gain a trusted companion on the journey to healing. That’s why the Frontwave Foundation proudly supports Shelter to Soldier. By investing in programs that restore hope and strengthen the veteran community, we’re helping ensure more stories like Nova’s have the chance to change lives.
