Westport Capital sells 219,000 s/f for $36 million Progress Realty Partners acquires Marketfair center
Facility joins North Haven Pavilion NRDC adds Hartford HealthCare facility
ayetteville, NC — Progress Realty Partners (PRP) , a New Jersey-based private equity firm specializing in acquiring well-positioned commercial real estate throughout the country, has successfully ac- quired a 219,000 s/f, class A shopping center from West- port Capital , a national REIT with offices in Connecticut and California. Marketfair Shopping Cen- ter, located at 1916 Skibo Rd. in Fayetteville, NC, repre- sents PRP’s first acquisition in North Carolina. “What attracted us to Mar- ketfair Shopping Center is its extraordinary tenant mix and positioning in the Fayette- ville sub-market,” said Adam Dickert , who oversees the firm’s acquisitions. “Market- fair represents exactly what today’s consumer is looking for when you talk about things like convenience, experience and value.” The property recently un- F

The Target and Michaels-anchored shopping center is located at 200 Universal Dr. North.
