In our Internship Program, students will learn about the real estate investment processes, day-to-day business functions and decisionmaking of the organization, as well as interface with all levels of management through a structured 10-week experience. Our Future Leadership Program is uniquely designed for graduates. Through a 12-week deep-dive into Property Management, you will be equipped to take your career to the next level and be on your way to becoming a leader of Trinity.
Our internship and leadership programs combine in-class theory with real-world applications. Under the direct supervision of assigned mentors, the programwill allow you to work side-by-side with our team of professionals to create a thriving and captivating living experience for renters across the country.

• Enrolled in a 4-year accredited program with completed Freshman and Sophomore requirements by start of internship. • Open to all majors, including Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Communications and Hospitality. • Completed freshman year requirements • 1-year of customer service work experience preferred • Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and become accustomed to property management software • Strong sense of business maturity and professionalism

Doing Our Part... The Green Team was developed in 2012 to embody our passion for sustainability and eco- friendly practices. These green initiatives also aim to cut utility costs for our valued residents and entice prospective residents who seek out environmentally friendly businesses.

The in-depth hands-on experiences helped me develop skills and abilities that I did not know I had. Going through the different weekly rotations helped make me prepared for the ever-changing Property Management lifestyle. Everyone I met in the company, including my collogues, managers, regionals, VP’s, and the CEO were so encouraging and helpful during my experience. My favorite part of this experience were our weekly phone calls with all the other interns and the ProgramDirector, Program Coordinator, and guest speakers. These phone calls helped me learn about different situations and experiences in the industry, and different ways to handle everything. Trinity also goes above and beyond with assigning each intern a mentor from the company to learn about their background and experiences including how they got to where they are now in the company. Not only is this a great way to network but also a way to build relationships with successful predecessors who have been in your shoes before.
