Lehman, national execu­ tive secretary of the Independent Fundamental Churches of America, announces that the next annual con­ vention for the group is to be April 20-25, 1961 at the Cicero Bible Church, Cicero, 111., Rev. William Cur­ rie, pastor. Dr. Howard Vos, Mr. Ronald Priddy, Mr. Howard Nelson, and Mrs. Lucile Linde all join the staff of the Trinity Seminary and Bible College in Chica­ go this year. The educational insti­ tutions are a part of the Evangelical Free Church of America. Rev. Claude Bunzel has been ap­ pointed to the staff of the Far East Broadcasting Company to do special work for the organization in its min­ istries to peoples around the world. As a former pastor Rev. Bunzel will prepare research papers, Bible study outlines, essays on freedom, articles on world affairs all from the Biblical standpoint. Dr. Art Wilson, pastor of the Wichita Baptist Tabernacle and president of the Baptist Bible Fellowship, headed meetings of the group in its recent tenth annual meeting in Oklahoma City. French, crusade organi­ zer for 14 U.S. and overseas crusades for Dr. Billy Graham, is now in Tokyo setting up the 1961 Crusade with Dr. Bob Pierce, which will be sponsored by World Vision. Dr. J. F. Swanson, associate general director of The Evangelical Alliance Mission, reports that radio station HLKX, Inchon, Korea, has been granted a power increase of 50,000 watts. Outreach of the station to pene­ trate the iron curtain will be in­ creased by 50 per cent.
