Summary of Significant Accounting Policies Organization and Basis of Presentation

The accompanying consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Albanese Cormier Holdings, LLC (the “Company”). The Company acquires, improves and subsequently leases retail properties located in the southern United States. The Company is a Nevada Limited Liability Company and is the sole owner of independent single- member limited liability companies. All intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated. The limited liability companies, which are wholly owned by the Company, are ignored for federal income tax purposes leaving the Company as the sole federal reporting entity. The Company under federal law has elected to be taxed as a partnership. Accordingly, for federal income tax purposes, the members are taxed on their proportionate share of the Company’s income. No current or deferred federal income tax
