ANNEX 2 - PRACTICAL EXERCISE (EXAMPLE) 1. Introduction This exercise will enable the participants to produce a sandwich panel that can be used for later repair exercises.

Non-metallic scraper for mould surface Mixing pots Mixing sticks Brushes Rollers Scissors Bolt roller Vacuum pump (or supply from workshop) Heating blanket

Exercise 1 – Mould Preparation 1.
Carefully remove any debris from the mould surface using non-metallic tools.
2.
Clean the surface of the mould using isopropyl alcohol.
