At 79, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were up 13% vs last month but 25% below January 2019. The 11 townhome sales in January were down by 10 from December and 1 below January 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 14%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market became balanced. January’s benchmark price was $947,400, 2% above December but down 3% from January of last year. The average sold price was $970,208 (6% below December) while the average PSF sales price was $626 (3% below December).
