The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 9% in January, as Richmond’s detached market transi- tioned to buyer’s market territory. The benchmark price was $1.50M in January—0.5% above December but a 5% decrease from January 2019. The average sold price was $1.69M, relative- ly unchanged from last month and 3% higher year-over-year.
