2022 2nd Quarter Crime Report In the first six months of 2022, NIBRS Group A offenses increased 8.9% compared to the first six months of 2021. Crimes Against Persons increased 10.0%, Crimes Against Property increased 7.7%, and Crimes Against Society increased 14.2%. In the Second Quarter of 2022, offenses increased 11.1% compared to the Second Quarter of 2021. Crimes Against Persons increased 7.2% with increases in kidnapping/abduction, simple assault, intimidation offenses, and forcible sex offenses, and decreases in aggravated assault and murder and nonnegligent manslaughter and negligent manslaughter offenses. Crimes Against Property increased 11.7% with increases in burglary/breaking and entering, embezzlement, fraud, larceny/theft, and robbery offenses. Crimes Against
