We’re still buzzing from our wellbeing day that took place here at IMS HQ on 29th July! Throughout the afternoon our IMS family enjoyed plenty of lawn games and wellbeing activities including a sack race, ping pong, giant jenga & much more!

I'm grateful that IMS is a family business because they genuinely do treat and care for you like family.

What does an average day at IMS look like for you? I analyse accounts within my group to evaluate how they’re doing with sales and identify areas of opportunity within the account. I then have a call with the surgery to discuss this analysis and offer samples of products they don’t currently order from us. I show them where they can make savings and highlight key new products that they may be interested in. What do you love most about working for IMS? I love that the company genuinely strives to make a difference. IMS is a very environmentally conscious company which strongly aligns with my own personal morals. They also invest in little things to make a difference in people’s lives – from medical supply donations for Ukraine, to flowers for the female staff on International Women’s Day. What are you most excited about in 2022? I am so excited to see the results of my hard work by watching my accounts enhance throughout the year. I love building relationships with my customers and so, I look forward to more conferences and organising surgery visits so I can meet more of them face-to face! Favourite pastime? I love going to the gym in my spare time, hiking, and spending time with my loved ones.
