Due to the excess of boxes thrown away after one purchase, delivering your medical supplies can come at the expense of the environment. So, with a focus on decreasing our carbon footprint, as well as yours, we will be reducing, reusing and recycling the packaging of your medical orders. All this means is that your deliveries might come packaged in our supplier boxes to maximise our recycling targets, which in turn, contributes to your practices’ green credentials. We have made it our mission to become more sustainable over the coming years and environmental stewardship is a major differentiator that will define the longevity of our organisation. Therefore, a reduction in IMS printed boxes & brand new boxes Is a small price to pay for the continuous improvement of our environmental impact.

I'm grateful that IMS is a family business because they genuinely do treat and care for you like family.
What does an average day at IMS look like for you? I analyse accounts within my group to evaluate how they’re doing with sales and identify areas of opportunity within the account. I then have a call with the surgery to discuss this analysis and offer samples of products they don’t currently order from us. I show them where they can make savings and highlight key new products that they may be interested in. What do you love most about working for IMS? I love that the company genuinely strives to make a difference. IMS is a very environmentally conscious company which strongly aligns with my own personal morals. They also invest in little things to make a difference in people’s lives – from medical supply donations for Ukraine, to flowers for the female staff on International Women’s Day. What are you most excited about in 2022? I am so excited to see the results of my hard work by watching my accounts enhance throughout the year. I love building relationships with my customers and so, I look forward to more conferences and organising surgery visits so I can meet more of them face-to face! Favourite pastime? I love going to the gym in my spare time, hiking, and spending time with my loved ones.

The favourites list will display the stock availability of products with accessible buttons to either show you alternatives, or receive a notification when the stock arrives. A regular order quantity text field will also be implemented to allow you to store a note of what you regularly order. Improved Search Functionality
To save you some time when searching for a product by code, the item will appear with pre-populated options if it has a choice of colour, size or pack size, e.g. when you search 41000F this will be pre-populated with the ‘flat tip plunger’ option.
