This analysis highlighted a standout high-priority local gap in the northeast section of the city near the Grapevine Highway corridor, as shown in Figure 27 . This area has a mix of land uses, dense development, and proximity to key corridors which makes it a top candidate for service enhancements. Medium-priority local gaps are more dispersed across the network, including gap areas clustered southwest of I-20 and near Benbrook. These areas have a mix of moderate density and employment activity, suggesting that targeted investments, such as micro transit or first/last-mile infrastructure could meaningfully improve accessibility. Low-priority gaps, while less urgent, still represent long-term opportunities for transit investments as growth and development patterns shift.
