• Among downtowns with comparable city area share, downtown Fort Worth has the lowest share of the City’s population and one of the lowest shares of City employment among the peer downtowns shown in Figure 7. Dallas is not shown in Figure 7 because its downtown geography represents a substantially larger share of city land area and is not directly comparable to the other downtowns included.
