A detailed list of the roadway projects coded into the M1M network, along with corresponding maps illustrating their locations, is provided in Appendix 1 . This appendix documents the scope of network changes and supports interpretation of differences in congestion and travel patterns observed between Scenarios 1 and 2.

Together, the Baseline 2050 and three future scenarios provide a structured and transparent framework for evaluating how Fort Worth’s transportation system responds to alternative land use strategies, roadway investments, and transit enhancements. By layering each intervention incrementally, the analysis clarifies not only what changes occur, but why they occur—supporting informed decision- making regarding future mobility investments and policy direction.
