Improves multimodal connectivity via shared-use path and sidewalk.
Eliminates five dangerous at-grade crossings with weather-responsive bridge design. Reduces transportation emissions and congestion by eliminating rail‑crossing idling, improves travel time, and accommodates increased passenger and freight demand.
