PROJECT PURPOSE Ten Mile Bridge Road will be widened and reconstructed from a 2-lane undivided roadway to a 3-lane roadway corridor with a Two-Way Left Turn Lane (TWLTL) from Bowman Roberts Road to Boat Club Road. These upgrades are intended to improve through traffic and enhance connectivity and safety, relieve congestion, and support residential growth. PROJECT COSTS Estimated Project Delivery Cost $29 million
Development activity in the area, including Preliminary Plats and Community Facilities Agreements (CFA). Serves local traffic accessing Bowman Estates, Brookville Ranch, and Pinion Park, as well as the commercial area to the west and the Greenfield Elementary School to the east. Improves connectivity to the Boat Club Road to E Bowman Roberts Road. Anticipated residential growth and safety concerns support the need for proactive improvements.
