Transportation Engineering Manual Equivalency Table This appendix establishes an interim framework to support implementation of the MRN while maintaining continuity with existing design standards and review processes in the TEM until updates to the TEM are adopted. Design Standards Equivalency Table The Master Thoroughfare Plan street type classifications used in the TEM shall have the corresponding MRN function classifications set forth in the table below.
