We embark on an optional walking tour of Cochem nestled in the romantic Moselle Valley, with its baroque style architecture and spectacular scenery. Our tour includes a visit to a historic mustard mill. Day 3 (Christmas Eve) Koblenz - Rüdesheim Join an optional guided tour of the historic, 2,000 year old city of Koblenz, located where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet. Explore its cultural monuments, historic buildings, welcoming squares and river promenades. Today’s optional excursions include a guided walking tour of idyllic Rüdesheim complete with wine tasting, and a torchlit walking tour of pretty Andernach, one of the oldest towns in Germany. Today’s optional Strasbourg guided city tour introduces us to the main sights and Petite France district. Day 4 (23 Dec) Strasbourg (Kehl) - Speyer - Koblenz We have the option of joining today’s guided walking tour of Speyer, discovering the sights and tucking into a pretzel. Day 5 (Christmas Eve) Koblenz Today we may wish to join a guided tour of Koblenz, learning about this two-river city and enjoying a glass of sparkling wine.
