Sensitivity was given to the needs of this project, with KDML understanding how churches are a central part in many people’s lives. It was paramount that this job was completed ‘absolutely right’, and this proved not a problem for contract manager Jonathan and his team. Judges commented how Jonathan and KDML rose to the task, delivering a project that meets today’s and tomorrow’s congregation. A bright, vibrant and modern installation was delivered, and all was completed within timeframe and budget.

Newry firm, Braham Electrical won the Medium Commercial Project of the Year sponsored by Ledvance. It carried out the complete refurbishment of all services throughout the AIB Head Office building including the lighting, general power, data cabling and fire alarm systems. This £1.6million electrical refurbishment on Ann Street in Belfast proved to bring many challenges for the team. Throughout the contract, the firm ensured minimal disruption to staff and banking activities, by always maintaining the continuation of services and communications. Testimonials concluded that its attention to detail on site was excellent, as was its quality of installation.
