has an approximate project value of $7.8 million and will provide accommodations for 32 residents who are in early and middle stages of memory loss. This “small house” model is designed as two separate households consisting of 16 residents with spaces allo- cated for living, dining, cook- ing and a garden. The two households will be joined by a central service core consist- ing of supportive spaces and a kitchen. A semi-public area providing bistro style seating, a salon and store connects the two households to the main
entrance. “This will be the first of this type in our region and we are excited to partner with Benchmark Construction on this important venture, which will serve not only the Cross Keys Village community, but the greater region of Adams and York counties and beyond” states Joy Bodnar, Chief Op- erating Officer, Cross Keys Village. This new 31,241 s/f memory care residence facility Endurance announc e s t he signing of three new leases Upper Chichester Township, PA — An affili- ate of Endurance Real Estate Group, LLC (Endurance) announced the signing of three new leases totaling 43,655 s/f at Naaman’s Creek Business Cen- ter, a five building flex portfolio totaling 190,729 s/f in Upper Chichester Twp. Endurance acquired the portfolio earlier this year for $9.75 million. Led by the SSH Real Estate brokerage team of BrianMears and Kevin Hagenberg repre- senting Endurance, three new leases were recently signed with Roth’s Crosspoint Gym, an un- disclosed health care company and CustomAmerica quickly in- creasing occupancy at Naaman’s Creek Business Center from 30% at purchase to 53% today. With this strong start, Endur- ance and SSH Real Estate see the initial momentum at the Portfolio resulting in continued lease-up to a diversity of ten- ants at Naaman’s Creek Roth’s CrossPoint Gym leased 20,160 s/f at 7 Creek Parkway. CPG founders Bill and Christina Roth are former NCAA Division 1 Full scholarship gymnasts who have also enjoyed success on the world stage. Roth’s CrossPoint Gym offers both girls and boys classes, preschool gymnastics, and competitive teams. CPG is open for business in Suite 750 at 7 Creek Parkway in Naaman’s Creek, and was represented by Stockton Real Estate Advi- sors, LLC , in the transaction. The landlord was represented by C ushman & Wakefield .
