We fnd out that the main reasons why they would switch are to obtain better speed (125 responses collected), or for a better pricing (94 responses collected) or for better customer support team (51 responses collected) or fnally to seize on a promotion ofered by a competing ISP provider (37 responses collected). The reasons why some respondents would stay with their current ISP we fnd the following results.
