The table comes back with no tangible data about defciencies that African SME managers are facing. They seem to be good in all 4 functions of management described (planning- organizing – leading & controlling) In more general terms, it seems that African SMEs possess good caliber that are well ftted in their positions. This could be deducted from the following chart that answers to the statement/ “In general, I see that we have the competent and qualifed staf in their right place”
