Round Table Meetings Round Table Meetings bring HR profes- sionals together to connect and collab- orate in specialized areas of practice and interest in the HR field. With eight different topical Round Table Meetings held bi-monthly, it is easy to start shar- ing best practices with others in similar roles. We hosted 29 Round Table Meetings (one less than 2019), with 23

recertification credits (one more than 2019) offered in total for these specialized meetings. Online Learning Center The Online Learning Center offers educational webinars for recertification credit. With the best of The HRSouthwest Confer- ence to cutting edge HR speakers from recognizable companies like MGM Grand, Zoom, and Amazon, education on-demand gained in popularity in 2020. There were 163 videos watched in 2020 over 235 in 2019. The top two sessions were: “Building a Conscious culture” and Engagement and Motivation: The Byproducts of Organizational Culture.”

Authorized Recertification Credit Provisions The DallasHR is designated as a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) recertification provider and as such, our educational programs are vetted by and preapproved for SHRM PDCs. The Chapter is also recognized by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). All of our educational sessions are pre-approved for recertification of the PHR, SPHR, and GPHR designations. In 2020, a total of 95.75 recertification credits were made available through in-person and virtual education events 2020.
