At the heart of the new-look square would be feature fountains inspired by the Severn Bore that would help create that much-needed landmark the currently-tired realm needs. Space for markets, outdoor dining, a temporary stage and an outdoor cinema is also envisioned as part of a plan that the council hope will "breathe new life into the area."
